Delivery and returns

Deliveries are sent out on the day the order takes place or the day following it, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Delivery in France = 4,90 € (2 to 4 working days)

To follow your order, click on « My account » and then on the particular order you wish to check. The order follow-up will be indicated.

A first confirmation email is sent to customers (corresponding to the moment the order leaves the warehouse) and a second one with a follow-up number (indicated on your page of orders carried out).

Delivery is free for purchases of 60 euros and above made on our internet site but this offer is applicable exclusively for mainland France.

The Return

For any order placed online, you have a period of 7 calendar days to return one or more items.
